My Laptop

seems like my laptop has some serious problems, i thought at the beginning it might be some virus problem and i formated the system and reinstalled the windows xp, but the problem are still not solved. it's too slow, maybe this time the hardware went wrong, i can just use Word, Excel, it's ok, but if i wanna use Matlab to run the codes it became rather difficult to execute even the simplest functions.(╰_╯)#
last evening i formated the system once again, it really pisses me off that the situation becomes even worse after i spent the whole evening dealing with this high tech thing. Now i have nothing in my portable hard disk and my laptop, maybe it's time to replace it with a new one......

No, this is not an abandoned blog, absolutely not

.....almost half a year, i haven't written even one single word, i think i am a little bit lazy, but this does not imply that i abandoned this blog, just let him also take a rest (*^◎^*)..
I am now still in Malmö and will be leaving at the end of this month, now i can say i am ready for starting a new life up in Luleå, a small town located in the north of Sweden.
i planed to put some pics of our trip in China during the summer, but i am so stupid that i accidentally deleted the partition of my portable hard disk and i have no idea how to find all my data back, not only the all the pics, but also my thesis work backup and quite a lot study materials and documentations as well as some free, useful softwares... /(ㄒoㄒ)/~~i think i will try to find somebody up in Luleå to help me to fix this, i hope so.

Unforgettable Friends

Mattias and Stina invited us to their place to have lunch with them, cuz they are moving to the north soon, Mattias got a job in Karlstad(if my memory serves me well) Airport. They cooked another traditional Swedish food for us called Falukorv which is, Mattias told me, made of grated mixture of beef and pork, they prepared the falukorv with the onions, tomatoes, apples and cheese and put the plate into the oven for 25 minutes. It's very good, Lin and I like it very much and we learned another Swedish cuisine. After the lunch, Mattias also helped me to order several apartment in Lulea, he told me i have to wait for the queue, so it's better to apply in advance. When we left, we hugged each other at the bus stop, we felt so warm, we are now far from home and they gave us so much help, we dont know when we will meet again, but i believe that day is not far.
After we got home, we plan to do the Earth Hour, just turn off all your lights and electronics for one hour from 8.30 to 9.30, we finished super at about 7 oclock and found we felt kind of tired so we turned off all the things that consume electricity(actually we dont have much things) and decided to take a nap, when we woke up, it's already 20 to 10, ahah, it seemed like we contributed much more than the others.
These are the two pics my friends gave me this morning, he took the pics about Earth Hour in Beijing, one is birdnest and one is watercube

Inverse Problem

Inverse Problem Theory, I have been reading this book since Tuesday, this is the first task of my thesis, but i found it difficult to understand the content of the book, some of the definitions are really abstract. Inverse problem is like trying to get to know or think of the things in the opposite way, like the measurements of gravity field around the earth, we could predict the values of gravity field by maeasuring the distribution of mass inside the planet, and there are different distributions of mass that give exactly the same gravity field in the space outside earth, as to inverse problem is to infer the mass distribution from observations of the gravity field. At beginning i thought this book was about the math, mechanics and computations, but it's not sheer calculations, i think i will have to spend more time to read it so as to understand it.
Today Glenn and Dees visited us, two new missionaries, we think they are as awesome as the others, i received a letter from Tom, he told us he was doing well in Homstad and made a lot of new friends, Nathan now is studying in Utah, we all miss them so much~

Hi there

It's been a long time since the last post cuz sometimes i seem to have no inspiration for good quality writing. I am now writing my thesis with professor Lars-Erik who came from Luleå institute of technology. We met at central station yesterday morning, he flew down here from Luleå and introduced the general idea of the work to me and recommended some papers and gave me a book to read. It's a very interesting topic which concentrates on the study of inverse problem.
Last Sunday was Spring Festival (Chinese New Year), we made the dumplings at home. Making dumplings is a heavy work for us, but it was fun for two people making them together. After lunch, we chated with our families in Beijing and watched the Spring Festival Show on CCTV, it was brilliant.
Now i also have to finish two extra courses to get enough credits for my master guaduation, i suppose i would get my master degree by the end of June.
